Absolutely. All our quotes for event hire include deliver and collection to and from your event venue. We take care of everything for you including installation and breakdown onsite.
There are absolutely no restrictions on what day and time we can deliver and collect from you. Our logistics team operate 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

If you are running an event you simply send us your digital content in either JPG or MP4 format no fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of your event. We will upload, test and schedule your content for you to run seamlessly during your event. If on the other hand you have purchased a product from us with a Digital Display Screen, we will provide you with full instructions on how to use your Digital Signage Software that comes with all products.
You can run images (JPGs, PNGs) and videos (MP4s) on your screens.
All our lockable mobile phone charging stations are highly secure. Only you will know the PIN code to open and close your own locker.
To charge your device in one of our lockable mobile phone charging stations follow the simple steps below:-
1. Select an empty locker
2. Connect your device to a charging cable
3. Close the locker door and enter your 4 or 6 Digit PIN Code depending on the product you are using
4. Your locker door will close shut. Your device is now charging securely inside a locker
5. To retrieve your device, simply enter your 4 or 6 Digit PIN code and your locker door will open automatically for you to retrieve your device.
Should you forget your PIN Code the first thing to do is DON'T PANIC! Every lockable mobile phone charging station within our portfolio has a master override code to open a locker should the need arise. Just be prepared to answer a few security questions before your phone is handed back to you.

We get asked this a lot. Unfortunately not. As all our products include electronic circuitry of some description, they need to be protected from the elements to avoid health and safety issues
There is no limit to the number of Mobile Phone Charging Stations you can hire. However these are always subject to availability. As a rule of thumb we typically recommend 1 charging station per 250 delegates, however this does depend very much on the type of event being run.
You can hire our Charging Stations and Tables for as long as you like. There are now limits or restrictions. However we do suggest that if you do wish to hire longer term, you consider either lease hiring or purchasing from us to save you money in the long run.
Absolutely. We can even deliver your charging stations or tables to you on the Friday prior and collect from you on the Monday following your event. Or if you'd like us to deliver and collect on the weekend, we can certainly do this for you too.
Definitely. All that we request is that you send us your branding artwork at least two weeks prior to when you need it.
Depending on the product you'd like branded, we will send out an artwork template for you to send back to us with your design.
If you've chosen to hire or purchase one of our charging stations with a screen, we will send you a technical specification sheet which includes all digital content file formats. Typically if you are running images the files will need to be sent as JPGs and if you choose to run videos the files will need to be sent as MP4s. If the file sizes are too large to send via email, please feel free to send them over via wetransfer or something similar.
We require all branding artwork and digital content back with us no fewer than 10 working days prior to delivery of your product.
We certainly do. Installation of Mobile Charging Stations is included within your quotation. However there a small fee of £10 per charging table for set up and breakdown.
All our products are PAT tested annually. Please do not hesitate to request certificates if necessary.

We have a wide selection of wall mountable charging stations within our portfolio. These also come with or without screens and as free to use or pay to use charging stations.
For sure. So long as your charging station is connected to wi-fi/internet and we can see it as being online remotely, our team can update content for you mid way through your event.
We certainly do. We operate a sliding scale pricing policy. The more charging stations you purchase or lease hire from us, the cheaper your unit cost will be. If you are branding your charging stations, again the more you purchase from us, the cheaper your branding becomes.

In almost all instances we offer a revenue share on revenues generated from either a coin or cashless charging station installed in a venue. If you purchase a pay to use charging station outright, you keep 100% of the revenue generated. If on the other hand you do not purchase a charging station outright, the revenue % we share will depend on a number of factors, such as footfall, dwell time, demograhics and your CAPEX contribution. In some cases we install for free and still over a revenue share. Please contact us for further details.
All our products come with a 1 year warranty on hardware and 6 months warranty on consumables such as cables and adaptors. Our T&C's covers this in more detail.
We certainly do. Unlike others, our maintenance contracts are optional. If you decide to not take a maintenance contract out, in most cases we can resolve issues over the phone or we can send parts to you in the post. However if we do need to visit onsite to carry out repairs, this is charged at £65 plus VAT per hour.
Great question. We get asked this question all the time. The simple answer is there is no answer. The speed at which a device will charge is dependant on a number of factors such as age of device, number of apps running in the background, if in airplane mode when charging, device make and model, whether device has fast charging capability and age of battery and how low it is etc.
